rapid RAD is developed by Formatix, LLC. This policy describes how the app handles information. The short version: we do not collect any data.

 

**No data collection.**

rapid RAD does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information or usage data. The app contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no user accounts. It does not require an internet connection and makes no network requests.

 

**Everything stays on your device.**

Anything you enter in the app — calculator values, reminders, and notes —is stored only in the app's local storage on your device. It is never sent to Formatix, LLC or to any third party. Deleting the app deletes this data.

 

**Face ID / Touch ID.**

The optional app lock uses Apple's LocalAuthentication framework. Biometric authentication happens entirely on your device through iOS; the app never sees, stores, or transmits biometric data.

 

**Notifications.**

Follow-up reminders use local notifications scheduled on your device. They are intentionally generic and do not include patient identifiers or note contents. No notification data leaves the device.

 

**Camera, photos, location, contacts.**

rapid RAD does not access the camera, photo library, location, contacts, or any other personal data source.

 

**Protected health information.**

rapid RAD is a reference and calculation aid for healthcare professionals. Because all data remains on the device, Formatix, LLC never receives or

processes any patient information entered by users. Users are responsible for following their institution's policies when entering any identifiers.

 

**Children.**

rapid RAD is intended for qualified healthcare professionals and is not directed at children.

 

**Changes to this policy.**

If a future version of the app changes how data is handled, this policy will be updated here before that version is released.
